ABOUT ME:
Hi! My name is Melora Storm and I am the founder of Get Storm Fit. Throughout my life I've always been a big mover; I've dance and performed my whole life, was on the swim team, and put through every sport growing up (dance was definitely my forte). After moving from PA -> NYC I got into aerial silks which is what really drove me into the gym as I quickly realized I lacked upper body strength. From there I fell in love with indoor cycling as the rhythm rides and choreography reminded me of dancing. Soon, I started realizing that this was something I could do and it aligned with my passion of wanting to help others. I got hired at a big box gym in 2018 to teach cycling and after going through training I started to realize that this was a path I really wanted to explore. So I got my personal training certification and started educating myself in different modalities including strength and conditioning, kettlebells, pilates, and even boxing! Within my years of training I've learned that while there may be rules to physics, anatomy, and physiology, there are no rules to movement. I implore my clients to move in many different ways and explore what feels best for them, and even get back to the things they loved doing. Be courageous and creative with your body, it is capable of so much!

Virtual Training
Same benefits of in person training, but we're just farther away! You'll still get all of the attention at a more flexible schedule. You can use any equipment you have at home or whichever gym you go to.

Personal Online Program
Great for clients who are good at getting themselves to the gym but maybe not quite sure what to do. All programming is done through Train Heroic where you'll get form videos, metric tracking, and direct access to ask any questions. Choose between 1-5 days which we can discuss on a call
